At Maison Rashid, we understand that choosing a fragrance online can be a personal experience.
For this reason, every fragrance order includes a complimentary tester of the same scent, allowing you to experience the fragrance before opening the original bottle.

Return Conditions

• Customers may request a return within 3 days from the delivery date.
• The original perfume box must remain completely unopened and sealed in its original packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted if the perfume bottle or its packaging has been opened, used, damaged, or altered.
• Customers are kindly requested to test the complimentary sample before opening the original perfume box.
• Upon approval of the return request, the refund amount will be processed within 7 business days.
• Maison Rashid reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
